10HOCH3 was founded in 2022, not as a startup idea, but as the natural progression after more than a decade of hands-on offshore experience.
Before forming the company, the founders spent years working across the offshore wind industry in key roles at multiple OEMs and energy providers. They built and led teams, ran operational departments, and carried responsibility for offshore service execution and the operation of HVDC offshore substations.
The environments were complex, safety-critical, and unforgiving, and solutions had to work offshore, not just in theory.
Over time, a clear pattern emerged: Many of the most critical operational challenges required an independent perspective. Free from product agendas, internal constraints, or predefined tools, there was an opportunity to support operators and service providers in a more effective and unbiased way.
10HOCH3 was created to do exactly that, working side by side with customers, applying engineering judgment, operational experience, and pragmatic problem-solving to deliver solutions that are simple, safe, and reliable.
