10HOCH3 energy solutions GmbH is a young, dynamic company specialized in maintenance and service in the offshore wind energy sector. In addition to O&M concepts, our core activities focus on project management and consulting. We are a small, modern, and highly motivated team with the goal of supporting our customers as a trusted partner throughout the entire lifecycle of their assets.
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg and grow into an active role within offshore service and grid connection projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of work packages and (sub-)projects related to maintenance, certification, construction, and repair activities for offshore grid connection systems
- Assist in coordinating project activities and interfaces in close collaboration with experienced project managers and engineers
- Support communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and task lists
- Monitor project progress and support structured and transparent project communication
Your Profile
- Completed degree in renewable energy, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or a comparable technical field
- First practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles, or graduate positions) in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector is an advantage
- Strong interest in offshore wind, grid infrastructure, and project execution
- Curious, motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Enjoy working in small teams and taking responsibility step by step
- Good German and English skills; willingness to further develop both
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support projects and customers on site
