10HOCH3 energy solutions GmbH is a young, dynamic company specialized in maintenance and service in the offshore wind energy sector. In addition to O&M concepts, our core activities focus on project management and consulting. We are a small, modern, and highly motivated team with the goal of supporting our customers as a trusted partner throughout the entire lifecycle of their assets.

We are looking for a Package Manager – Auxiliary Systems (m/f/d) to join our team and take responsibility for technically critical subsystems within complex infrastructure and grid projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the coordination, planning, and control of the Auxiliary Systems work package within infrastructure or grid projects (e.g. auxiliary power supply systems, protection and control systems, building services, ventilation, emergency power supply, lighting, and safety systems)
  • Interface management and coordination with internal technical departments, external partners, and other package managers within the project
  • Ensuring compliance with technical, schedule, and quality requirements for all assigned auxiliary systems
  • Contribution to the development of technical specifications, tender documents, and requirement specifications
  • Monitoring and review of execution activities (e.g. installation, commissioning, and documentation) performed by internal and external suppliers and service providers
  • Coordination of acceptance tests, quality inspections, and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements
  • Support of the project management team in risk and cost management for the auxiliary systems package
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of innovative solutions for auxiliary systems in substations, switchgear installations, or comparable technical infrastructures

Your Profile
  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
  • Experience in the planning, implementation, and commissioning of technical auxiliary, secondary, or supply systems within the energy or infrastructure sector
  • Knowledge of relevant technical standards, norms, and regulations for auxiliary systems (e.g. VDE, DIN, IEC)
  • Experience in managing complex technical work packages within projects
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with additional project management or engineering tools
  • Very good German skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B2 level)

  • Working hours can be flexibly agreed between 25–40 hours per week, based on a four- or five-day workweek
