10HOCH3 energy solutions GmbH is a young, dynamic company specialized in maintenance and service in the offshore wind energy sector. In addition to O&M concepts, our core activities focus on project management and consulting. We are a small, modern, and highly motivated team with the goal of supporting our customers as a trusted partner throughout the entire lifecycle of their assets.
We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget, coordinating with various teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage work packages and (sub-) projects related to the planning, conceptual design, and execution of maintenance, certification, construction, and repair activities for offshore grid connection systems
- Act as a primary point of contact for our customers
- Work closely with colleagues and other project stakeholders and enjoy working in small teams
- Independently prepare project documentation and task packages while keeping track of project progress
- Ensure structured and coordinated communication within the project and maintain continuous exchange with partners, customers, and colleagues
Your Profile
- Ideally, you hold a completed degree in renewable energy, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering or automation engineering
- Ideally, you have initial experience in the renewable energy sector and at least two years of professional experience
- You are curious, self-driven, reliable, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You enjoy actively shaping a young, dynamic company and are motivated to contribute to its success
- You strongly identify with your projects and are committed to delivering them successfully
- As a team player, you demonstrate high levels of commitment and resilience
- You have business-fluent German and English skills
- You are willing to travel occasionally to support our customers on site
