10HOCH3 energy solutions GmbH is a young, dynamic company specialized in maintenance and service in the offshore wind energy sector. In addition to O&M concepts, our core activities focus on project management and consulting. We are a small, modern, and highly motivated team with the goal of supporting our customers as a trusted partner throughout the entire lifecycle of their assets.

We are looking for a Working Student at the earliest possible date in Project Management for Offshore Wind Projects (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities
  • After onboarding, independently manage work packages within project management for maintenance, certification, and repair activities of offshore grid connection systems
  • Act as a contact person for customers within defined project scopes
  • Work closely with colleagues and other project stakeholders and enjoy working in small teams
  • After training, independently prepare (technical) project documentation and monitor project progress

Your Profile
  • You are enrolled in a degree program in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
  • You are curious, self-motivated, reliable, and entrepreneurial in your approach
  • You enjoy actively shaping a young, dynamic company and contributing to its success
  • You identify strongly with your projects and aim to deliver them successfully
  • You are a committed and resilient team player
  • You are confident using MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills
