That’s why we continuously invest in developing the skills and knowledge that will define tomorrow’s digital landscape, especially in the fields of AI and automation. As always, we have the ongoing challenges in terms of Security and Privacy in focus.

With this in mind, we observed the rise of Agentic AI Systems and their depolyment in extisting businesses with curiosity and with awareness.

So we sent one of our new AI Software Engineers, Malin Schultz, out to complete the Agentic AI & AI Security Practitioner program at the Deutsche Akademie für Informationssicherheit (DAFI). It was an intensive, week‑long program built around real‑world exercises, hands‑on agent development, and advanced security scenarios.

The workshop covered the full spectrum of next‑generation AI capabilities:

from prompt engineering, multi‑step reasoning, and practical AI‑agent architectures, to strategic frameworks for implementing autonomous systems responsibly. Finally and of particular high interest to us, it addressed the growing security landscape around AI. It highlighted risks such as prompt injection, data poisoning, deepfakes, and governance challenges, as well as the safeguards required to operate AI systems safely and transparently.

For us at 10HOCH3, this connects directly with our mission: building meaningful, reliable, and secure digital solutions.

As we explore how autonomous agents and AI‑guided tools can support complex operational environments, we place the highest priority on data protection, system integrity, and safety.

This program strengthens our ability to:design and evaluate AI agents with clear boundaries, governance, and control mechanisms,

integrate automation into real operational workflows thoughtfully and responsibly,

and build innovations that deliver value without compromising on security.
