Girls’ Day 2025 at 10HOCH3

Two guests. One day full of energy in every sense.

‍

This April we had the pleasure of welcoming two students to our Hamburg office as part of Girls’ Day. And they didn’t just watch from the sidelines. They jumped right in.

They planned their own offshore wind farm.

They answered emails from “customers” (played by our team, of course).

They tackled quizzes, solved a few puzzles, and even helped out with some of our real-life tasks.

When the photographer arrived for a team shoot, they were right there with us.

Along the way, they asked thoughtful, honest questions. The kind that make you pause and remember why this work matters.

Days like this show how much curiosity, perspective, and energy the next generation brings. We were happy to give them a glimpse into our world and, hopefully, spark a little inspiration.

Thanks for spending the day with us. It was a lot of fun.

And yes, they even survived the HVDC acronym jungle.
